Analytics, only with your permission
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics helps me understand which pages and next steps are useful. It records page visits, device information and actions such as opening the planner. I do not send your name, email or project description to analytics. Advertising consent stays off. You can decline and use every part of the site, or change your choice here at any time.
Enquiries and project plans
When you send an enquiry, I collect your first name, email and message, plus any optional details you choose to give. I use these to respond and discuss your project. Enquiries are stored securely in Lovable Cloud and may be used to send an email notification. The planner sends your brief to an AI service to suggest suitable services. Please avoid including confidential or sensitive information.
How long information is kept
Your analytics preference stays in this browser until you clear it or change it. Google Analytics cookie and data retention periods depend on the property's settings, which will be confirmed when analytics is enabled. The planner remembers recent results in your browser for seven days and caches reusable plans for up to 30 days on the server. Enquiry records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. I retain them for correspondence and project records, and you can ask me to delete them.
Your choices and rights
To ask for access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details, email chante@envoque.co.za. You can also withdraw analytics consent using the controls below. Clearing your browser storage removes saved plans and your preference from that browser. Google Analytics may process consented analytics outside South Africa and the UK under Google's data protection arrangements.
